John 11:1-44 - Lazarus, the brother of Mary and Martha, fell sick and died. When Jesus arrived in Bethany, he had been in the tomb for four days.
Jesus approached the tomb and asked for the stone to be rolled away. He then called out, **"Lazarus, come out!"** To the amazement of all, Lazarus emerged from the tomb, alive and fully healed, still wrapped in his grave clothes.
This miracle demonstrates **Jesus' power over life and death** and serves as a powerful symbol of the spiritual resurrection He offers through faith in Him.
The resurrection of Lazarus is not only a demonstration of Jesus’ authority over death, but it also foreshadows His own resurrection. It proves that Jesus has the power to give eternal life to those who believe in Him.
