Matthew 14:22-33 - After feeding the five thousand, Jesus sent His disciples ahead in a boat while He went up a mountain to pray. During the night, a storm arose, and the disciples struggled against the wind. Then, they saw Jesus walking toward them on the water.
This miracle demonstrates Jesus' divine authority over nature. Peter, wanting to come to Jesus, stepped out of the boat and walked on the water. However, when he focused on the wind, he began to sink. Jesus immediately reached out and saved him, teaching a powerful lesson about faith.
Jesus walking on water reassures us that even in life's storms, He is present. He calls us to trust Him completely, no matter how impossible the situation seems.
